As the bikes park themselves in the garage two of them have a third leg to stand on while the new road bike doesn’t even have a place to attach one.  Doing so would be about the same as adding cards with clothespins to my spokes!  As an avid wood worker, the thought of buying a rack never crossed my mind.  I’ve had plenty of time to dream one up while riding in previous weeks so all it took was a little time and voila…a dedicated home for all our bikes.  The mountain bike saw 2 torturous rides this week…to me of course…while the road bike was all about seat time.  And a comfortable seat it is too, actually more comfortable than the mountain bike seat that I thought was fantastic.  Added 77.6 miles this past week for a new total of 3,830 miles.  The miles seem to be clicking by faster these days.
